Salted Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients:

2 tbsp vegetable oil

½ cup peeled shrimp

¼ cup dried dulong, toasted

1 pc chicken breast, chopped

3 pcs salted eggs, chopped

2 pcs eggs, beaten

4 cups day old rice

1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®

½ tsp sugar
-
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
-
1 tbsp soy souce
-
2 tbsp sliced spring onions

½ cup shredded lettuce
Instructions:
- Sauté shrimp, chicken, dulong and salted eggs in oil.
- Push ingredients on the side and pour beaten eggs. Stir and cook until just set.
- Add rice and season with salt, sugar, pepper and soy sauce.
- Pour 2 tbsp of water on the side and gently fluff until steaming hot.
- Stir in spring onion and lettuce.
- Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
